End of the Year Info

The Homework Center will be open after school on Monday the 9th and Tuesday the 10th.

We will not be open on Thursday the 5th.

 

About Us

The Homework Center is fully staffed with teachers, UVM students, and other tutors.

Our hours are 3:05 to 4:30, Monday through Thursday, in the BHS library (early closing at 4:00 on Tuesdays). Snacks are provided each day. Students can also make special arrangements to get help during other hours, if they can't attend during the hours we are open.

We offer support with all core curriculum (sciences, math, social studies, English), as well as ESOL support. Students are encouraged to see specific teachers for help with non-core classes; some foreign language support is available.

Students are also encouraged to come prepared with their own text books and assignment sheets. Students can check teacher web pages for updates on assignments, as many BHS teachers maintain a page.

The Homework Center will work with parents, to keep them informed of how students are doing. If you would like your student on a daily progress report to keep up with his/her academic achievements and classroom behavior, please contact us.
