With the first quarter of the year behind us, many students and families are starting to see and feel the impacts of the updated grading system at BHS. We want you to understand the work happening behind the scenes to create greater alignment, consistency and equity!
Principal Sabrina Westdijk hosted three info sessions at DtBHS during the week of 11/17. Each began with this short presentation about the current and ongoing work to align grading and reporting at BHS, as well as related work to develop a guaranteed written curriculum. Each presentation was followed by a whole group discussion with the principal to bring questions, concerns, suggestions and ideas.
