This Wednesday: Assistant Principal Search Update
First-round interviews for two BHS assistant principal positions were recently completed with the result that we are bringing forward three candidates for review by the school community. One position will be replacing Beth Giese, who is retiring after 21 years at BHS. The other position is the formal replacement for Brian Williams who has been named the permanent principal at the Sustainability Academy at Barnes. Nick Molander has served as an interim for Mr. Williams the past three years. The three final candidates will be available to meet with teachers, students, and parents on Wednesday, May 15. We are moving the process along so as to not interfere with final exams. We have arranged for classrooms in C Building nearby each other so that those interested can see as many candidates as desired easily. Candidates will make a short statement to begin followed by answering questions from those in attendance. Feedback forms will be provided for teachers, students, and parents to provide comments. Interested parents can check into the Main Office and student ambassadors will guide you to the classrooms.
All three candidates will be available during the following times:
11:30-12:00
12:10-12:40
12:55-1:25
3:15-3:45
3:45-4:15
